Dance invites us to take up space in the world with confidence, conviction and service. It is exhilarating, joyous, sacred, sexual, transformative, communal, and disruptive. Dance makes us whole and brings us into rhythm with others. Though resilient, adaptable, and flexible, dance also breaks the rules. In dance, polarities unite and birth art. Dance is universal. Dance is freedom. Dance invites us to ground our souls in our bodies in the most joyful and exuberant way, and live an embodied ensouled life. Dance is the hope for our humanity if we accept the invitation to dance our lives toward embodied radiance.
What does it mean to dance consciously in these times of chaos and uncertainty? In this unique Immersion, Banafsheh offers a path to incorporate the secret embodiment tools of dance, and ancient mystical wisdom into your daily life. She eloquently weaves together Western discoveries in quantum physics and neuroscience with Eastern mysticism, informed by the poetry of Rumi, Kabir and others.
Explore how dance can transform your neurobiology, freeing you of past limiting beliefs, infusing your being with the energy of the Infinite. Channel this energy of possibility and love to where it is most needed, be it personal empowerment or the healing for our world.
The Path of the Dancer initiates you into recognizing the wisdom of your body. You will find a deep sense of belonging, well-being, and a wholeness in your own skin.

Dance of Oneness® is the dance I had been waiting to do all my life. From a young age I had danced, read watched and followed Isadora Duncan, Martha Graham, Joffery Ballet, Margie Gillis, Gabriel Roth and many more than I can name that moved in a way that spoke to me. Dance of Oneness® is the culmination of all that I had been drawn to in the other dance forms which seemed to be missing the main ingredient. Banafsheh has found the missing thread which is the opening to the Beloved, to truly give yourself in movement to the Divine energy that resides and moves through all of us from the Earth and the Heavens. I felt that for the first time in our dancing. It also reintroduced me to my own body, allowed me to accept my imperfections and for the first time in years swim naked in the ocean. All of this and more.
